Watch Senior Vice President of Strategy, Innovation and Growth Eleanor Castillo-Sumi on “Legends of Low Code,” a Salesforce+ reality show. The show invites three teams of technical experts to solve a nonprofit business challenge, and Pacific Clinics was selected as the first organization to participate.

“We have a strong partnership with Salesforce,” said Castillo-Sumi, who served as a judge for the show. “They have helped us with digital transformation to create efficiencies. With effective systems, our team can spend even more time working directly with clients and providing the essential mental health services our community needs.”

Contestants were tasked with streamlining Pacific Clinics’ intake process and helping clients gain access to services. The teams were evaluated on application design using Salesforce’s software, including Nonprofit Case Management, Experience Cloud and Next Best Action. These tools will be implemented across the New Business service lines and the mobile crisis programs in Solano and Santa Clara counties by December 2022.
