Educational Programs
Educational Programs provide students with the skills they need to live successful lives. Our robust programs include early childhood development, classroom consultations in partnership with school districts, adult continuing education programs and parent workshops.
Support Services

Support Services offer various programs to address social determinants of health, including housing and employment coaching and placement, among other critically needed services.

Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services held its 5th Annual Suicide Prevention Conference in Morgan Hill earlier this month. Pacific Clinics Trusted Response Urgent Support Team (TRUST) Community Development Specialist Lauren DeRosa and Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) Program Manager Ayla Steed presented on how the county provides comprehensive crisis and suicide support through specialized 988 and mobile response programs.

Partnering with other mobile units, they delivered useful information about how the program works. Other sessions during the conference focused on improving the delivery of care and services within the mental health field. “Overall, our involvement provided valuable knowledge and strategies to enhance Pacific Clinics’ efforts in suicide prevention and support,” says Lauren.

The Annual Suicide Prevention Conference gathered mental health and suicide prevention advocates and professionals from San Jose State University, California Department of Public Health, Bridge Rail Foundation and the Bill Wilson Center, who, among many others presented trends and best practices in the field.

The Suicide Prevention Program has the mission of reducing and preventing suicides in the County of Santa Clara by bringing community awareness to the issue and engaging in community prevention efforts.
