Mariana Shpall is the regional executive director for the LA/South Coast – West Region, which includes the Hollygrove Campus, Lynwood (collectively known as LynCentro), Portals and the Child and Family Specialty programs.
Before joining the executive leadership team, Mariana was a senior clinical director who oversaw multiple child and family programs within LynCentro. In this capacity, she managed program performance, ensured compliance with fiduciary and contractual requirements, and managed relationships with external partners and County departments.
In addition, Mariana led the merger integration of the LynCentro programs moving from heritage Uplift Family Services systems to Los Angeles South Coast systems. She also secured the highly competitive SAMHSA Launch grant and leads the Saban Community Clinic mobile clinic at the Hollygrove campus.
Marianna has been dedicated to the agency since 2014 and worked with us as a contract clinical supervisor ten years prior. She has more than 25 years of experience, dedicating her work to children and families. Mariana is highly regarded by her peers, and we are fortunate to have her move into this position.
She earned her master’s degree in counseling with a concentration in marriage, family and child counseling from San Francisco State University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mariana is also a licensed LMFT.
The recent wildfires have deeply tested our resilience as the devastating fires in Southern California continue to impact countless lives. Tragically, 40 of our employees and clients have lost their homes, and many more have been evacuated as the emergency unfolds. Our teams continue to assist clients and families during this time.
