Support Services offer various programs to address social determinants of health, including housing and employment coaching and placement, among other critically needed services.
Chris Eggleston, MD is the medical director for Pacific Clinics’ Northern California, Central Valley, Inland Empire Regions & LynCentro Division. In this role, Eggleston oversees the medication support services in his regions, while also providing psychiatric evaluations and treatment to clients. Previously, he served as a child and adolescent psychiatrist for heritage-Uplift Family Services. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Emory University and obtained his medical degree from the University of Florida, College of Medicine. A board-certified psychiatrist, Eggleston also holds a juris doctorate degree from the University of Texas, School of Law.
The recent wildfires have deeply tested our resilience as the devastating fires in Southern California continue to impact countless lives. Tragically, 40 of our employees and clients have lost their homes, and many more have been evacuated as the emergency unfolds. Our teams continue to assist clients and families during this time.
