Educational Programs provide students with the skills they need to live successful lives. Our robust programs include early childhood development, classroom consultations in partnership with school districts, adult continuing education programs and parent workshops.

Debra Bogowitz brings over 25 years of human resources experience to Pacific Clinics, specializing in organizational development, employee engagement, and leadership. Her career has been dedicated to cultivating high-performing cultures and improving workplace effectiveness through strategic initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Before joining Pacific Clinics, Debra held key human resources leadership roles at National Semiconductor, Intel, Lattice Semiconductor, REACH Air Medical, and Global Medical Response, where she focused on enhancing talent management and fostering inclusive workplaces.
