Support Services offer various programs to address social determinants of health, including housing and employment coaching and placement, among other critically needed services.
Lacey Castellese is the Regional Executive Director of Pacific Clinic’s School-Based Intervention Teams (SBIT) within the Emerging Statewide Services Department. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 16 years of experience in behavioral health, leadership and education. In her current role, Lacey primarily focuses on the statewide operational oversight, development and innovation of SBIT programs.
She has always had a passion for children and adolescents and has held various roles with increasing responsibilities. Before joining Pacific Clinics, Lacey worked as a teacher and transitioned into clinical work in behavioral health. Lacey has extensive experience in applied behavioral health services, counseling and training. She began her career as a marriage and family therapist and has had several positions, including behavioral therapist and associate clinician.
Since joining Pacific Clinics, Lacey has excelled in program development with a focus on education, data analysis, and evidence-based practices, which she has demonstrated in her current and previous roles as program manager, director, and then senior director of education services.
Lacey graduated from San Jose State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in counseling psychology from Santa Clara University in California.
The recent wildfires have deeply tested our resilience as the devastating fires in Southern California continue to impact countless lives. Tragically, 40 of our employees and clients have lost their homes, and many more have been evacuated as the emergency unfolds. Our teams continue to assist clients and families during this time.
