Rachael Clausen is senior vice president of administration for Pacific Clinics. In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing the integration of Uplift Family Services and Pacific Clinics. Prior to assuming this role, Clausen led the agency’s information technology, contract, compliance, learning and development and facilities functions. Having worked at Pacific Clinics and its predecessor organizations since 1991, Clausen has held several roles with progressive levels of responsibility, including director and business analyst. Over the years, she has been a speaker at numerous conferences and forums to advocate for the adoption of electronic health records to improve coordination of care across the industry, including the National Behavioral Health Information Management Conference and Exposition. She holds a certificate in merger and acquisition integration (CM&AI).
