Support Services offer various programs to address social determinants of health, including housing and employment coaching and placement, among other critically needed services.
Our Inland Empire Region encompasses San Bernardino County and the high desert area. In this region, we address mental health and basic needs, such as food and clothing. The biggest behavioral health needs include access to services, recovery from trauma and abuse, substance use and behavioral issues.
Our work is to provide wraparound and preventative care to individuals, families and members of the military; of all ages. Additionally, our Clubhouses offer wellness activities to improve members’ confidence.
