Educational Programs
Educational Programs provide students with the skills they need to live successful lives. Our robust programs include early childhood development, classroom consultations in partnership with school districts, adult continuing education programs and parent workshops.
Support Services

Support Services offer various programs to address social determinants of health, including housing and employment coaching and placement, among other critically needed services.

After two years in the making, the new Early Head Start site located on Peoria St. in Pasadena, Calif. is now officially open.

The new site serves 30 children at maximum capacity from ages 0 to 3 years providing free early childhood education, parenting resources and wellness checks.

Upon arrival, guests were greeted by Head Start employees and given tours of the facilities. With multiple classrooms, two outdoor areas and a fully functioning kitchen, the Peoria location is a dream come true to the many employees who have been working tirelessly to make the grand opening come to fruition. Chief Executive Officer/President Kathy McCarthy kicked off the evening with opening remarks, followed up long time Board Member Dr. Greg Bowman, Assistant Director Luiza Balyan, Early Childhood Education Manager Judy Cashell and Young & Healthy Executive Director Ellen Kramer, moderated by Senior Vice President Kris Giordano.

“I don’t know what I’d do without Pacific Clinics,” says an Early Head Start parent. She says her daughter has developed significantly since entering the program.

Sharing the space with long-time community partner Young & Healthy, a local nonprofit organization serving children and providing physical, dental and mental health care services, this site will be able to offer even more services free and on-site to families.
