ARCADIA, Calif. (December 23, 2019) – Pacific Clinics, a Southern California-based community mental health agency, announced that Jennifer D’Alvarez has been hired to assume the position of Vice President of Advancement, responsible for the agency’s fundraising and volunteer engagement efforts.

D’Alvarez brings more than 20 years of leadership experience driving fundraising and grant strategies from concept to implementation. She will oversee the development and management of annual campaigns, major donor cultivation and solicitation, planned gifts, special events, direct mail appeals, employee giving and volunteerism. Prior to joining Pacific Clinics, she served as chief advancement and communications officer at Optimist Youth Homes & Family Services.

D’Alvarez is a member of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and a Certified Fundraising Executive. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Northridge and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
