Pacific Clinics is pleased to announce that we are the provider of the San Benito County Community Mobile Crisis Response Team, a new program that launched earlier this week, in partnership with the County Behavioral Health Department.
People with mental health challenges can experience a crisis anywhere at any time, and it can be difficult to know what to do. The Mobile Crisis Response Team is available to help residents of all ages in San Benito County with crisis management and de-escalation services. Whether they are having thoughts of suicide, harming themselves or others, feeling like someone is putting their safety at risk, or having delusions or hallucinations, we can help over the phone or in person.
Once an individual feels stable, the team will work with them to create a safety plan and can be referred to community outreach services, clinics and case management services. Whether people are calling on behalf of themselves or for someone else, the Mobile Crisis Response Team will ensure they get the help they need.
“We are proud to partner with San Benito County Behavioral Health to offer mobile crisis services and are deeply committed to providing high-quality services that meet the needs of this community,” said Pacific Clinics’ Crisis Clinical Director Laura Plottier-Ramirez.
San Benito County residents can call the Mobile Crisis Response Team hotline at 831-902-2911 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
