Educational Programs
Educational Programs provide students with the skills they need to live successful lives. Our robust programs include early childhood development, classroom consultations in partnership with school districts, adult continuing education programs and parent workshops.
Support Services

Support Services offer various programs to address social determinants of health, including housing and employment coaching and placement, among other critically needed services.

The TAY Tunnel, in Oxnard, Ventura County, serves clients ages 18-25 transitioning into adulthood. The team accomplishes this by encouraging and empowering its members to take an active role in creating positive lifestyle changes within a supportive, safe and understanding environment.

Many of the clients who are members of TAY Tunnel are unhoused, come from an abusive environment, are recovering from substance use, have social anxiety and other mental health challenges or have a combination of symptoms. This is where the team shines. Staffed with a dynamic team of mental health workers, recovery specialists, and peer partners with lived experience who help connect clients to resources and assist them with their journey into independent living.

Some of the services offered at TAY Tunnel include:

  • Personal care
  • Supportive help
  • Employment services
  • Medi-Cal peer support
  • Health navigation
  • Peer support classes
  • Laundry facilities and hygiene kits
  • Self-Management and Recovery Training (SMART)

Transitional-aged youth can be referred to the program in one of three ways:

  1. Self-referral by calling (805) 240-2538
