The TAY Tunnel, in Oxnard, Ventura County, serves clients ages 18-25 transitioning into adulthood. The team accomplishes this by encouraging and empowering its members to take an active role in creating positive lifestyle changes within a supportive, safe and understanding environment.
Many of the clients who are members of TAY Tunnel are unhoused, come from an abusive environment, are recovering from substance use, have social anxiety and other mental health challenges or have a combination of symptoms. This is where the team shines. Staffed with a dynamic team of mental health workers, recovery specialists, and peer partners with lived experience who help connect clients to resources and assist them with their journey into independent living.

- Laundry facilities and hygiene kits
- Self-Management and Recovery Training (SMART)
Transitional-aged youth can be referred to the program in one of three ways:

- Provider and youth call together
