The TAY Tunnel, in Oxnard, Ventura County, serves clients ages 18-25 transitioning into adulthood. The team accomplishes this by encouraging and empowering its members to take an active role in creating positive lifestyle changes within a supportive, safe and understanding environment.
Transitional aged youth with behavioral health, substance use and other challenges can receive help by dropping in at what’s known as “TAY Centers.”

In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month, the Latin X/O Affinity group held its marquee event, Roots, Identity and Culture of Afro-Latinos, on September 13. This year’s panel discussion highlighted the intersectionality of the Black and Latino experiences.
