What Is Life Skills Connect?

Life Skills Connect is a new service available through California’s Medi-Cal transformation program, CalAIM. This program is designed to help people develop and maintain skills for living independently and integrating into the community. Life Skills Connect focuses on building the skills needed for successful relationships and daily living. Our program supports personal growth and skill development, helping individuals across California avoid homelessness and achieve greater independence.

Our workshops focus on a variety of topics, including but not limited to financial management and job skills. Each workshop is one hour long and is usually offered in a weekly series. Upon completing a workshop series, participants receive a certificate and gain specialized knowledge and skills for personal development.

We welcome persons with disabilities to join our program and are equipped to provide special accommodations.
