Support Services offer various programs to address social determinants of health, including housing and employment coaching and placement, among other critically needed services.
Neurodevelopmental Services (NDS) offer an array of neurodevelopmental and psychological services within a trauma-informed, whole-person care service delivery model. We provide evaluation, diagnosis and a variety of treatment options utilizing a multidisciplinary team of licensed specialists, behavior analysts, clinicians and highly trained behavior technicians. Our robust services target a wide range of developmental needs including communication, social functioning, daily living skills, sensory perception and processing, and self regulation.
Services are available across all ages, and we partner with children and families to support their personalized needs and intervention choices. We value and celebrate individual differences and support the use of neurodiversity-affirming practices. The development of early social skills, relationship building, and access to social inclusion opportunities is our priority, and our neurodevelopmental centers offer a variety of center-based group and social learning opportunities to promote core social competencies which can pave the way for positive, fulfilling, lifelong relationships.
NDS provides comprehensive diagnostic testing for those experiencing or suspected of having
developmental and learning challenges. Testing is often a helpful tool to identify strengths and challenges, as well as provide clarity for individualized treatment recommendations.
Additionally, testing may bring other co-occurring emotional and mental health challenges to light, which a client may choose to target in treatment. Access to many resources and therapeutic services often require a comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis. Contact your primary care physician to determine if a referral for diagnostic testing is warranted.
